This coffee from Sítio Nossa Senhora de Fátima comes from Thiago Henrique - part of one of the original specialty coffee families of Brazil’s Cabo Verde region. His grandfather planted the first coffee here in 1965, and today Thiago and his father, Adriano, continue the work.

Armed with a background in Agronomy, Thiago applies science where it counts, refining fermentation to push clarity and flavour. Cherries are processed at the family’s central post-harvest station, giving full control from harvest to dry mill.
