“Dhilgee like it, aye? Sometimes flavour notes don’t shout, they just gently whisper over and over again. That’s the vibe with this washed Ethiopian to start our late-summer release schedule. It’s as clean as crystal, and those delicate nectarine and tea like notes just wash over the tongue. It’s moreish, this one. It’s at LEAST a two cup in the morning one.
