A divine crop has landed in the roastery, from the spiritual home of coffee — Yirgacheffe.

This washed Ethiopian comes from the team at Chelbesa Washing Station, one of the largest washing stations in the Yirgacheffe region. Guided by a deep respect for the land and the coffee it produces, farmers wait patiently for the cherries to reach peak ripeness before harvesting.

That care and patience shine through in the cup. It’s indulgent, juicy and exceptionally moreish, with big hits of ripe peach, a smooth and well-rounded mouthfeel reminiscent of oolong tea, and bright bursts of fresh blueberry that carry through to a clean, vibrant finish.
