After a short break, we’re back with a sensational lot from Ethiopia—this time from Buku Abel, a standout farm in the West Guji region, perched at an incredible 2200–2350 masl. Grown by smallholder farmers in the Buku village and carefully processed at the Buku washing station, this coffee showcases the precision and care that define the region. Locally developed varieties are handpicked, meticulously sorted, and dried on raised beds to achieve exceptional clarity and quality.

This is Ethiopian coffee at its finest—vibrant, elevated, and full of character.
