Bali, Karana
Meet Karana, a coffee that’s all about community, craft, and a little bit of rebellion. Straight from the highlands of Kintamani, Bali, this coffee is the lovechild of 377 smallholder farms, working together like a well-oiled community machine. They grow Kartika and S795 varieties at 1,200 meters, using all sorts of wizardry — natural, fully washed, anaerobic, honey, wet-hulled — while keeping the ecosystem happy, the birds singing, and the overstory trees standing tall. Sustainability, biodiversity, and balance aren’t buzzwords here. They’re life.
And the coffee? Oh boy. Think juicy purple grape, a plum-like tartness, and a toffee mouthfeel that makes you want to sit down, close your eyes, and question everything else in life. It’s rich, complex, and almost too good to be true — but it is.
Karana isn’t just coffee. It’s a community, a craft, and a statement in every sip.
